Socilism vs. Capitalism...the importance of free market

To have a better understanding of our captain of this country, I am always being driven to read more....click the link.

Imaging myself an immigrant from European system, let's said British American, came from the descendants of Industrial Revolution U.K. came to the United States, being a well educated and professional trained American sit in the position of in charge of the policy making in the political field.

Before I entering the political field and sitting on the very decision making position; same as all immigrants newly arrive to this country, study at school and job searching and entering a fields, and seeing the very high rich others dominant in the highest class in this country. What would make me envy about? The old money and new money, all of money issue definitely made me feeling dizzy.

While we see the 19th century new money monopolized industries that situation is almost 1% of population occupied the whole money system, and the old money banking financial system crossing over Atlantic Ocean continuing their old fashion way of making money by using deposited money from normal people like me........who should be or will be the person like Mao standing on the top of mountain in China to pondering who is in charge among the whole system in this country.

In stead of to be a better educated Mao, political fugues in the United States in such situation would probably choose to ass kissing to join the country club of riches rather than utilizing power from the position they sit on, which position might gained from the money donated or contributed by country club members. Join club is a common choice, because it is too difficult and too much works to do something that has no one would appreciated on balancing social wealth or dominance. Here are works some political figures did in this country that worth to read:

http://www.theobjectivestandard.com/issues/2006-fall/decline-fall-american-conservatism.asp

"According to socialist doctrine, there is a limited amount of wealth in the world that must be divided equally between all citizens. One person's gain under such a system is another's loss.
According to the capitalist teaching, wealth has an unlimited growth potential and the fruits of one's labor should be retained in whole by the producer. But unlike socialism, one person's gain is everybody's gain in the capitalist system. Wealth is distributed unequally but the ship of wealth rises for everyone. Sadly, America is no longer a capitalist nation. We live under what is more properly called a mixed economy--that is, an economic system that permits private property, but only at the discretion of government planners. A little bit of capitalism and a little bit of socialism."

As being truly living through the changes of developing country in Taiwan, there is something different from what here has stated. Some one's gain might be from some one's loss in their profit but didn't damage to their principle of capitol. In capitalist system, wealth is distributed unequally whose capitol amount is bigger, whose gain from the rise of the ship of wealth will be bigger. As we lived through the change in Taiwan, the richer get richer, the poor like my family still got our lives changed with better material that we can choose in a opened capitalist market; even though with our limited income. And I do believe many of Chinese people in China at current stage of developing are like my poor family in the past of Taiwan, cheering for a better and brighter life that lay in front of our little family; even though in the meantime the richer got quickly richer than common citizen as my little family, but we are happy everything getting better day after day. What kind devil would envy to harm or interfering a little family's small happiness while the whole family live together, working to better life together and tell others they feel life is better now?

In contrasting to that, United States play different drama. No one want to roll up their sleeves, dirty their hands to work as blue collars class, which I can see in this country the most young people wearing government provided best material they can buy in the markets to be looked as elites in the high class. In contradicting to the life I lived through in Taiwan, most of people who work in certain fields who really posses the knowledge of that fields is the real power driving the change of Taiwan in the past 40 years with their dirty hands working and established factory in any of production. It is dreadful life to working on change, no one can wearing beautiful suit scam other people's money and retire or die beautifully. The government in the United States try to promote the fantasy of suit wearing working class to the young generation, and I don't know where these group of people can be ended for. Maybe their voice is always louder to be heard by government.

Everyone try to brainwash themselves they are different from crowd, they just need to wearing suit that provided by their White rulers, so they don't need to plan their lives, and they can just try their luck. They have never gone through the practice of capitalism in real life, they didn't know what business will be devastatingly happened to their personal life and their family in an opened, free market.

As growing up in Taiwan, working in Hong Kong, living in California of United States, and traveling in China; I am always comparing the quality of young people in these regions and of course including the quality of government over there. As I am always criticize the government in Taiwan and China that their quality of leadership, and I criticized the most are those leaders who are trained with advanced education from the United States failed to perform higher quality of governing to advancing the quality of life to the major population in Taiwan. It seems another 50 years will be needed to wait for the advancing works to be happened under the new ruling.

With my personal life experience, I claim the most credit for asking and contacting with many of builders and developer outside of California to come to bay area for new development since I searching for affordable housing around this area, and with the utilization of capitalism in this free market, the California central valley millions of new development projects has been rapidly provide with much higher living quality that benefit most common people like me. I have made many of phone calls to invite developers and builders to welcome them to come to California and bay area to extend their business in this high price housing area, which obviously welcomed by government here with permit of developing that will ease everybody's burden of housing affordability including me.

This triple wining idea comes from little tiny me which I am not allow claim any credit from anything I suggested. Those builders still has profit, even though not that much as before, for coming here to build millions new houses with the most state of art design and materials for people living in 21st century to enjoy the modern life after the long term living under the low standard governmental supervision, for the government always insist the only rich people allow enjoy high quality material with the money the rich earn from the common market.

Common market.....formed by little tiny ant like me and many of others...only allow live up with low quality of everything and many of these ants feeling very comfortable of low standard of everything under supervision of authority.....

Who form the authority and working on silence me by set up surveillance watching censoring program seize my complains to my dis-comfortable life?

A poem from Maggie Liu

I always think my sister Maggie Liu in Taipei, Taiwan has talent in writing, and here is a surprise when I log on to read an article/poem written by her on her on-lin reading room. It is so beautiful, I can't help to translate it from Chinese to English and she doesn't even know.

usually we are the one can not forgive ourselves,

but everything will fade into time and become past

all of things in past will become a memory

no matter it is
beautiful
ugly
compassionate
sinful

they all are belong to the past.

getting along with the past in serenity

make it to be a rich book of memory my very own

flipping over the book of memory through pages

time flying within my finger tips

the memory reveal...

my deeply rooted characters of innocence, kind, and sin

........
........

so be to feeling empathetic

so be to feeling sad

so be to laugh out loud

so be to sobbing.......

Socialism, Communism...Mr. Mao...What kind of person qualify for being a leader?

As a traditional Chinese grew up in Taiwan after WWII, we on both sides of Taiwan strait spent 50 years accused each side of government make their people eating the banana peels for daily food due to the poverty and horrible leadership.

Unfortunately, 50 years passed, more and more retreated military members and people returned to China visiting their home town where they left before war, the truth gradually revealed which side of government have their people eating banana peels and wearing patched clothes year after year.

As a person grew up in this brain-washed era after war, I have no any doubt to believe Mao is definitely a monster as my government, school, everybody around me taught me as he is. Even after came to United States, we people came from both side of Taiwan strait would still accused each other as a banana peel eater. Once there is any chance I am always argue and questioning Mao's leadership to Chinese, and I always show my amazes toward the stubborn of people from China for their unable see through the weakness of Mao's leadership cause China being late in development for 50 year.

I keep showing off my capability of judgemental opinion toward Mao's low quality for being such famous leader in China and yet be admired by majority of Chinese; the most thing that anger and frustrating me is those highly educated Chinese from China who earned PhD or master degree in United States can be as naives as those uneducated Chinese farmers live in the vast China territory. I even try to tell them if they were as naive as those uneducated Chinese, how can we expect a bright future about China with this such stupid belief in such low quality leadership.

Until the most soft-spoken Chinese scholars questioning back about we shouldn't doubt of Mao's love to China, even though his leadership has almost ruin the whole China and killed so many Chinese with his continuing projects that he led during his ruling. I was confused with this say, then I bought Mao's poetry and book to read.

Regardless to the size of governing land and the number of populations that need to be governing comparing China and Taiwan, I as normal people make quick judgemental conclusion accusing the leaders in China as a group of monsters. A group of monsters enjoy the power of ruling, degrading their own citizens to live the low standard and dehumanized living condition, to have their citizens to be shamed when they standing in front of the world for being poor. I judge the quality of leadership as all other normal people do. I deeply believe a leader should be able to have their citizen look good in their appearance, material life, then they can be recognized as a good leader.

Making a quick, judgemental conclusion without analyzing any detail elements as all other uneducated low life people do is easy to me. I am one of them for 30 years after WWII.

I am too young and too busy on my own surviving and has no concern about any humanity issue or social problems even thinking who will careabout those already past away historical figures, so I am not able to see:

1. China has been ending dynasty through series of revolution wars before WWI.
2. China was attached in WWI, and the battle ground is inside its territory.
3. China was attacked in WWII, and the battle ground is inside its territory.
4. After WWII, China continue on Civil War and the battle ground is still inside the territory.

No any country in history can bear such long period of war time as war zone and still not falling apart. By just saying there is no time for growing crop for food because of war, don't even think about educating their citizens, which in deed including the education of their leaders. Mao is a proof of demonstrates the most lousy leader worked on public projects due to lack of education himself in public projects of science, public health, agriculture, building architecture, public education......but his mind is working for good deed of improving China; unfortunate he doesn't know how, that is the reason each of his public projects became a disaster caused so many Chinese die due to his lack of knowledge and education. That is also the reason those Chinese scholar try to remind me of seeing through the intention of a leader. By reading his books, I amazed his power of public speech that cause the huge crowd of this big country following his leadership blindly after WWII, and all of that is because of lack of general education and lack of training in each professional field.

After my searching on the reason and answer by questioning most Chinese from China, then I got to know the most reason Mao is recognized as a historical hero kept him in Chinese history is he led the army defeated the troops of 8 allied foreign countries who occupied China's land and ruling segregation to Chinese people inside the colonized district in city of Shanghai during WWII. The biggest shame to each Chinese is wiped by his leading army during Chinese civil war right after WWII. That is his credit to each Chinese. Even person like me from Taiwan born in a retreated military family has no choice to keep my mouth shut after I found the answer.

If I have ever thinking of Mao as a monster while most Westerners described him as a devil, then the 8 allied countries in WWII attacked China could have be a perfect image of 8 ugly hyenas attacked a giant lion and had successfully torn one small piece of flesh out the the lion. Mao as a protective dog of the lion versus these 8 allied countries is the result of "Evils had met Devil" as westerners describe Mao and forgot to describe themselves. Are those hyenas still wondering alongside of China in 21st century?

The leaders in China from Mao to...

The year of 2000, we see the change from inside of China gradually increasing its speed; even though Chinese dated it back by giving credit to several leaders after Mao for continuing working on improving China. Toward to 2008, the change in city development projects centering from east coast radiating out is almost with the speed of by redrawing map on the basis of monthly.

And we can see the government in China using governmental distributing system replace not only the building for living, but also all household appliances as the news of Xi-Chung earth quake appears of the most newly appliances among those debris with the banner of distribution promotion event still hanging cross over the small far away village written in Chinese, and I doubt any of foreigner or reports from all over the world understand the whole situation of change or not.

The change in this century need to be happened from inside. It needs to from inside of people's mind to drive and work for the change, the leaders and the people as the revolution that people seeking for change of better life to cause the WWI. Now people in this century are more sophisticated than before, working on change without war, without killing.

Lately we can see more and more people immigrating into United States, from where I live I can see more and more newly come Chinese when I shop in Asian market. By seeing their face of satisfactory and anguish of this new world to live and survive, I don't know they stay temporary or permanent, but I do know there is long way for them to adopt living habits as manner, as way of living, as everything..........the more I see, the more make me to decide to move away from them to avoid conflict and uncomfortable.

To living with new comers in a same city is always a topic in developed country to discuss about such as in big city like New York, the same reason I can not understand how people train themselves to tolerant by living with all kind of people with all different living habits and need to adjust one's own mind to accept to go along with. Is really the concern of property value would make one compromise with all of uncomfortable they need to encounter everyday?

To these Chinese new comers; even though they are same heritage as me, I know I need another 50 years waiting for them to be nurtured in manner, in thinking, in everyday living habits. Be polite to them for their unfortunate and difficult life in the past, and for the unknown life in the future. To these newly come Chinese, the only thing I can do as Chinese American is politely keep away from them with blessing to their new lives in the Unite States, a jungle for all new comers to struggling to survive as its tradition of establishing of this country.

The life in city of this country always like this, more new people come, more chance of anything would have, that is the major reason that most people would rather choose to stay living with all different kind of new comers in a crowded, old, dirty buildings of a city. Money and the ability of surviving well in a city are the incentive of compromise to all of these uncomfortable .

Laissez-Faire Capitalism create this jungle for everyone to find where or what suit them the most comfortable.
