2. Can not rely on PG&E or Private power company for power supply to the vehicle, for the
electric cost will be still too high for consumer to accept of using electric vehicle. The
electricity a car need for driving on the road will need tons of power and I do believe no one
can afford to received a PG&E's high amount bills to drive their electric vehicle to go to work.

3. Any product need be price-affordable in order to get into every body's life. Then the purpose
of saving our environment to live on a healthier earth will not be a science fiction as we always
think "Green Plan of saving earth" is a advertising slogan for any unreachable goal.

4. Having different car makers to provide more choice to consumer, so the price of electric car
can be able to be owned by every household after the technology of solar power transmitting
work has been done.

5. Payment plan for installation of solar panel and power transmitting equipment that need each
