I do agree this is a very good movie; otherwise, it will not swept throughout the whole world. But, with the sentence that I quoted it from you; I have probably a very different point of view from many of others, which might be due to age. When I watched this movie, I enjoy the scene arrangement and art design, of cause the story as well; but, I do not touched with Jack's sacrifice for Rose when both of them floating in the iced cold ocean water.

My point of view might shock many people, but that shouldn't include the movie producer, who we can for sure is a very rational and smart person in investment and coordinating the business with very good taste of art. This can be describe to the movie director as well.

If I am Rose, of course, I will be very touched and sad for there is person willing to sacrifice their life for me. Think about what if you are "Jack". Why Jack do this? How they meet? What class of the room they stay differently on this ship? Jack in this movie is actually a homeless loafer, and Ross, a noble woman?

That sacrifice made me even feel horrible, thrill, and scary about the different classification in our human society. Jack represents those people, who live in the low class in the society; especially, that is Britain, a society with the most snobbish system in that era. His sacrifice is a symbol of acceptance of his fate. His fate of being low. It is not Love at all. I even felt sad and angry when I seeing his body sinking down to the dark, it is an acceptance of the fate. But, undeniable, we can say it is a well and perfectly designed scene that move everybody with different emotion and reason.

If you define that is love, I rather say it actually is the romantic fancy the director of the movie try to sell and it is very successful in the market as we can see. The movie was made by professionals to successfully sell this romantic and tragic story to make all female in this world believed they are the "Rose" and in the future of their lives will be a man to sacrifice his life for the sake of love for them.

Did you sacrifice your life for your wife? My husband didn't and I believe he will not, and is not going to. In real world and our real life, husband and wife always fight against each other for who did not wash dish after dinner. All because human's real life is truly ugly, then romance has the chance to put on market to sale for good price.

I, indeed, more touched by the profession of this movie's team work rather than touched by the romance sell.

Thank you for forwarding this website to me. It is a topic I like; however, I have already had too many useless certificates can not help me find job and I am on un-employed status, so usually I can not afford to pay airline ticket to attend any fee charged event.
I usually take vacation for the reason that I can on the way to visit my old parent in Taipei, Taiwan.

Voluntary work I can afford to do is web work or graphic design for any organization with good reputation with no charge that voluntary my time and knowledge and labor, and whether they need me to do so it depends on their decision. I do see my blog is one way of voluntary work to community for so many information sharing, which in the meantime helping other people too.

Without getting any income to voluntarily contributing my labor will be the best I can do, I really can not afford to pay for any airline ticket or accommodation expense or any fee chargeto work. That is really too much to ask a 5 years unemployed person especially if that was asked by a rich and powerful country, that is really an evil shame.

Hypersensibility vs. Insensibility

I finally found out what caused my brain functioning disorder.

In my life, I will most likely to deal those people who grew up and educated in USA that also means they are usually more sensitive and possesses cautious/courteous attitude when they talk to you. On the other hand, I also has the chance to get touch with Chinese people or any other people from other country that means they were trained with different educational system and grew up in a different cultural background.

Two examples to show how my brain were long term twisted by live in between these two extremely opposite of "Hyper" vs. "In", and I finally found out why I am always feel dizzy for my brain can not functioning well in handling these two different attitude settings in my life.

The mode of my brain and the way of my thinking need to consistently switch back and forth and it all depends on who I am communicating to. That caused my brain overloaded with switching work; therefore, I almost can not bear any noise.

Any time or any occasion, if I have any chance need to interact with any human, I need to screen that person's background by observe any detail of that person, so I can be prepared on how to talk with them, so I can keep up the quality of two way communication. In long term, this became extra work to my brain. I then choose to eliminating the frequency of human interaction. I currently work on reading and writing my blog and make friends on my on-line reading club.

Two example demonstrate the "Hyper" and the "In":

Hyper:

My builder who runs a company in the construction field, a typical professional and well-trained American man, who always friendly in conversation. Yesterday he felt upset when I was interrupted by my daughter's phone call from school during our conversation in discussing the business of building plan.

His upset is caused by his busy phone calls in the office yesterday, so my interruption to our conversation over the phone became issue drove his attention. He asked me whether I kept him waiting during my daughter's call is because he asked me to wait while he was busy in answering calls in the office.

Usually male will not be so sensitive about this kind of small detail, and I think he must be very tired for his busy day in the office, so I explained to him the time my daughter called is the school off time and she was telling me she wants to go to her friend's home and asking for my permission to go with her friend. The permission asking is because I usually pick her up everyday on time.

People grew up in developed country has better training with courteousness, so usually are sensible with details. Any small detail will cause certain reaction to it. When ego combine with sensitivity, the reaction from a person will cause different level of result; that depends on that person's position and what reaction comes in handy.

In:

A friend from my online book club send an article from his blog , which book club website is built in Taiwan. The blog has spring color background and circle/curvy line design. To my understanding about his English name in USA is a name for male, I do not know would that changed its meaning in Taiwan. With his writing skill, he is a well educated Chinese and knowedgable as well. However, lack of sensitivity on detail checking is very common in developing country.

I did not hesitate writing message to tell him the reason I posted a link to his reading room instead to his blog. Because I think an open mind suggestion is a good quality of being a friend. But I don't for sure can he take this quality as positive or not. Can a man being suggested with different thoughts depends on his cultural background and the environment and family he grew up with?

Many of other Chinese often show insensibility to details in many occasion or their daily lives, I sometimes made mistakes too. I invite your respect and appreciation to I always using my own heritage as negative example, for being a big heritage as Chinese I think this is a way to show our moderated quality and it is a polite way to do so I think. If I using other people as a negative example and cause any damage to the public image to their heritage group from being pick as negative example on my article. That example applying actually became an insult to their group in deed.

The reason I link with my life with Western professionals and in between Chinese scholar type of people is really due to the reason of feeling lost in a gap of somewhere. Most of American includes American born Chinese are totally European sick, and Chinese in the East just scarcely got out of the dust of third world coming out to see the outside. Maybe I am being seen as one of them by American, so when I barely able to afford my little tiny vacation to come out of my life to see the world, I need to be placed to sit on a luggage seat by black and white American working together behind the scene.

Everybody seems lost in money chasing, and let go of decency, including almost every American complain about has no job opportunity was caused by Made in China; in the meantime, they are promoting everything European made, which indeed earn them much more profit to enjoy their three weeks to one month vocation every year without being sit on language seat.

In this world, only few still remember who they are, and that is the only quality can drive me pay attention to them, seeking the quality I need to embrace to hold on to my own life. I am not anti-Europe person, I indeed love their art design and culture; however, I am so fed up with being accused by American that I owed favor by even consuming oxygen with every second breathing. Human is a scary species.

I do have the Computer Graphic background along with whole life immerse in Chinese literacy, that cultivate my sensitivity in art appreciation, that is also the reason I will spending time on searching the beauty in any form; such as literature writing, art, graphic design, photo, architectural , technology, city design, solid knowledge of a specialty, any forms of work and performance can define beauty........

There is one thing I currently just discovered about government public project that I one time being amazed by the grand arch curve of highway overpass structure, which driving path seems soaring into sky while I was turning my car driving on the highest point of the overpass bridge. The transparent blue sky stand behind the concrete/metal arch structure, that is the vast scene of blue sky make me feel like I am driving in the air.

Stunning by the beauty of the giant concrete metal structure, for its design through precisely calculation and well organized labor work in the function of supporting traffic flow and driving speed calculation.

Beauty in any form, including people's mind. No matter how old we are, beauty searching will be a endless journey to the life of every mankind.
