How to kill a cat?

Why cats don't need to be leashed,
or stay inside the owner's property
if they are somebody's pet?

When I finished the conversation with the new neighbor next door, after I handed over a hair-pin as small tiny gift to her kindergarten daughter, she returned her thanks with "I have tons of little tiny things hasn't got the time to clean up yet."

I then take a walk as rountine, and of course, seeing cats crossing street. It is almost every time when I do my routine excise; it will always has a cat running over the street in front of me. Then there is a thought comes into my mind---How can I get rid of these cats, those creatures always wondering around everywhere? They are not like dog as a pet being leashed, these cats are free to go to whoever lawn to pee and kill their green grass.

Killing these unbehaved cats just like killing those unpleasant conversations with those whoever are instructed to give you a lesson anytime you meet them.
