What is American Culture to those people outside of the United States can see? Popular sitcom, movie, movie star, rock stars, famous celebrities..........those people who under spot light......

Who truly lay the foundation of this country to be strong and solid? Many of them working in each fields behind the stage that spot linght can't reach; they focus on precisely measurement and labor. Magnificent highway bridge, cross continent traffic network, famous landmarks, high sky rises.....from idea to meetings, to projecting, to blue print, to physical labor working on field, to complete the project.

What we usually can see is the photo picture of celebration of the completed product, a completed project with confetti party. We can't see those faces with solid knowledge bond with the mind of precisely determination to physically working on the project.
