WWII- Chinese paid for American's kindness

After atomic bombing in Japan for punishment of Pearl Harbor attach during WWII, which quickly end the WWII Pacific battle in Asia that action potentially saved continue killing in the countries of China, Philippine, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore.......

United States seeing the damage of the atomic bomb in Japan, asking leader in China Mr. Jiang Gai-Shiak eliminating all of payment that Japan should pay for initiating the 8 years war in China and Asia, not asking Japan to pay a penny while Germany was asked to pay 200 billion to Europe.

Very soon after this "kindness to your enemy" for out of money and supply , Mr. Jiang Gai-Shiak lost whole China to Mr. Mao and retreated his army to Taiwan.

8 years war damages to Chinese people in China and the whole Asia, all being waived because of American leader's kindness to invader of Japan while they dare to ask Germany to pay Europe 200 billion dollars for post war reconstruction project plus Amrican's Marshall Plan to make European quickly recover from war damage.

Why American leader hate Asian and Chinese so much, for eliminating all war payment and cause the whole Asian and Chinese people live under longer poverty after war?
