While White House and Sierra Club are planning a long term 20 years snail speed green plan, I think only money will drive people work faster if government still reluctantly as past 20 years to coordinate all of these elements working together to speed up the green plan for saving this earth.

I am planing to send my multi-billion dollar business proposal to the President of each country on this planet or any young start-up of 21st century, and wish any of them will take my proposal seriously so my unemployment status will has chance to be benefited and to prove my brain can earn my living cost. God help me to boost my self-confidence to proving my brain do work and deserve of living.

1. Who can first using old car making technology to build a low gas consuming vehicle and
charge low price to put on market for sale?

2. Who can use new technology combine the material of carbon fiber for body of car to reduce
the weight of the whole vehicle in order to using less gasoline to move the car, and using
electric/gasoline combination as fuel to reduce the usage of gasoline, improve the engine
condition of consuming less gasoline of running it, who will the one to dominant and occupy
the market. With the light weight of carbon fiber that will definitely reduce huge usage of
gasoline to move a vehicle.

3. Who can have the (2) plus sleek design of the new car with an attractive price to put it on
market for sale, who can beat the rest of car makers on the planet.

Which country will have the best potential to win out of this contest?

China and India are in a high demand of car, which also means a high demand of gasoline. This energy saving vehicle is a definitely multi-billion dollar business on this earth. It not only saving our planet, but also produce tons of millions of job opportunities to any countries who adopt this idea and act it as a workable solution to unemployment problem.
