Peer production is about more than sitting down and having a nice conversation...

It's about "harnessing a new mode of production to take innovation and wealth creation to new levels." -- Eric Schmidt, CEO Google.

Wikipedia does it. So does Yelp, Amazon and Digg. Millions of customers have eagerly helped to build up reviews, ratings and other content for the most popular sites on the web. CEOs, founders and VCs talk up the growing number of opportunities in crowdsourcing and answer questions such as: How can you get your customers to work for you? What rewards do they need? How do you deal with the issue of accuracy and reliability of the information? What are the trials and tribulations of crowdsourcing? Who's making money and what are the business models?

Come join us to find out about the next wave of customer driven companies and see how entrepreneurs are letting customers take charge in order to help change the world. Predictify has created a custom market for our Crowdsourcing event. Share your predictions on what you think the future holds for hot topics in technology, business and politics and find out results at the May 20th event. Start predicting now for free and experience the wisdom of the crowd!

That is when the blogs boom on Internet. A man behind giant Google leading several new tech into empower this giant company. A very quiet person that is rarely seen in regular public events as we see Bill Gates, Steve Job these big names as we have always see them on certain seminar events at any of HighTech forum.

During the boom time of blogging online, I almost has a misperciption about Google's AdSense has been contracting out to PlayBoy. The ethical boundary of business strategy once has fallen into my doubt about the public image of a high tech company like Google.

Once this giant company needs to follow the wave of crowd sourcing to continue the dominant position in this cutting throat high competition business, who they contract with to maintain for their business and still able to uphold the public image of Google is an essential decision making. While this field solely rely on young engineer's talent; in the meantime, it needs to find some people as CEO's age in consider the appropriation of business conduction for Google's public image.
