June 23, 2008, Mercury News reported that the school district of Fremont Union High School district inside the city of Sunnyvale install solar on high school roofs - a move that should generate 5 megawatts of power and save PG&E bills the district about $1.2 million a year......Milpitas Unified didn't have US$30 million to buy a solar power system upfront..said Milpitas Unified Superintendent Karl Black.

Solar energy panel installation have been in this country since 1978 till now. Why this technology still be a scientifical terminology 20 years later? Why this energy saving technology can not be prevailing to every household? Which household can afford to pay $30 million dollars to save their energy bills every months? Will you pay your 30years PG&E billing amount of money to install the solar panel on your roof to save money? What kind of mathmatic caculation skill that will require to make this technology be a real green, not the dollar green business?
