Most of stories about war are written from the point of view of soldiers or reproters, her books demo the view about the war from a young college female student and that is the age she was. "....everbody just got out of the bombing nightmare days ago.....on the street, I was eating a fried cake by a vandor's booth while a poor man's dead body laying few feet away with the skin turning purple ....."
