Beauty within----The most trendy pop culture in United States...talking and writing with multi-meanings

A message from Flikr--very thrilling
"Ha Ha. Yes, it's real and very much alive. It's a Marabu and by the looks of it, rather an old one. Actually I was rather touched by her looks; Nature certainly wasn't generous to her species when it came to handing out beauty. Poor thing. But she didn't seem bothered by it at all and stroke pose after pose..." ----- Hvhi 1

Not just the photo-taking skill is thrilling, but also the mind of taking the photo pictures and the description as well.
I am pretty much admiring Hvhi's photo shooting skill and her unique way of observing things, but I still pondering the value of certain behavior such as the multi-meaning sentences in communication.
Is multi-meaning sayings truly demonstrate the smartness of a person? When a person decide to lose his or her grace by using multi-meaning sentence is usually ready to fight or argue, or to show off they are better and smarter than others which in deed making them very ugly according what they teasing or put down others.
"If men were angels, no government would be necessary."
In the other hand, the government is formed by "Men" to support what they need and want.
Multi-meaning language is a technique to occupy the language for gossip, for put down, for teasing, for manipulation.....
Almost everyone has a genie inside each of us, sometimes try to escape out of our mouth to teasing, to put down people who is poorer, or different from us. Ruthless people with lower self-strain will allow the evil genie come out more often than normal people.
It is not normal situation to be used in daily conversation unless it has already became a habit for a person to use multi-meanings language in daily communication, then that will be
Surely it is ugly.
Surely it is one formation of low life.
Why people treasure it so much and make it became a popular culture? Nowadays, we can see and hear it any where.
