Culture Affiliation in USA - I

Thanks to two of you. I have already checked with the link you provided and I do know this author who has a respectful reputation. The problem I have right now is I probably need to purchasing all of these books when I visit Taipei, the place I live right now is not convenient for me to borrow these books and buying will be costly by the overseas shipping cost which is I could not afford on my budget.
I am not opposed to Western cultures, the element I opposed to is the "rudeness" attitude in books, in publishing materials, in anywhere of my life. I, in deed, love deeply about the fine Western culture, which I want to mention and share to Chinese society if I could, that is the good quality of Western culture. If a American like Greenspan growing up in USA, sharing his profession and life attitude as his book described, who can say this is not a decent American culture. But, there is tons of stuffs happens around our real lives everyday will not be like most of books described.
Talking about culture, I am glad I do not need to talk to people who viewing everything with their romantic eyes, because I am not a teenager. So, I do wish you two understand when I said I can see the beauty of China, because I know most of its background and history. This is just like a public discussion in a forum: Black American probably will view Mississippi River with sentimental emotion, British American seeing New York as the York town in England, while I see Yellow River or Yang-Ji River with my loving of the history. This might need to blame US government did not provide Chinese American any place to feel affiliate to, or Chinese American should create something to make ourselves to feel affiliate to. And the fact is US government is too busy to taking care this kind of little tiny business, plus all Chinese American are also busy in surviving.
USA is a nation focus on future and always looking forward, I sometimes think this is the reason they can be so strong and ready for any challenge. For developing country, open resource, information, and education are the only ways to change. And all of these need to take one generation to see the change. Look at you and me, we all reflect Taiwan's education, that take one generation while in generally China has been left behind due to the public policy making. Now they try to chasing up, and what is Taiwan's preparation work to improve the quality of education. Probably you two can share with me, I am not as successful as you two. I need to learn more from both of you.
