big family back ground or special city get the resource from government.

Taiwan has scholar written this idea that learn from others, but there is no governmental official to design and carry out this project? When I was young, there is no any supporting system to help me with any learning difficulties, everything need student's own family to pay the school teacher for private tutor. Rich or poor, the community you live, and friends around you decide your learning result.

Teachers fighting for income still is a normal situation in every Chinese society. How can China be, if Taiwan can not improve or performing well and giving positive influence onto China? What I described is 40 years ago. Taiwan today should be better than 40 years ago, and get even better in 20 years later. Being more closer to live out the quality of life as Western developed couturiers year after year.
